# Events

The startup association organizes various events across the entire life cycle of a startup. From the concept / idea phase, through the start-up and growth phase to the exit. During these four phases, startups are confronted with specific problems. In order to find solutions to these different problems depending on the phase, not only technical expertise is sufficient. In particular, the relevant networks of founders have to continuously develop over the life cycle of a startup. In order to build up the technical expertise on the one hand and relevant networks on the other hand, we have built up an established portfolio of events. These events are popular and enjoy a high reputation within the startup ecosystem, among investors, Corporates and politics. 2,000 participants and over 50 speakers take part in our [events](https://www.facebook.com/pg/MaduraiStartupCommunity/events/) every year.
